Hello World! By CHOICE, I have stopped using Facebook, Facebook Messenger & Instagram on October 28, 2021, and my accounts were DELETED on November 28, 2021. And, NO, I do NOT want my accounts restored nor recovered!
Based on numerous responses in my Twitter account, it seems too many persons feel I made a “mistake” when I deleted my accounts in Facebook, Facebook Messenger & Instagram, some of which, kept suggesting I message a specific Instagram user to recover my deleted accounts. — This is how social networking addicts attempt to persuade me into social networking addiction, something I don’t want in my life.
Almost 40 years ago, I called CompuServe using my 300 baud telephone dial-up modem connected to my Commodore VIC-20 home computer. I was 12 years old at that time, and I knew the computer will eventually become the basis of specific, unnecessary addictions, such as today’s addiction to social networking services, such as Facebook & Instagram, which I’m researching in the field of behavioral science.
Today, I noticed my entire purchase history in my Apple account, has vanished. After I posted the fact in Twitter, many persons presumed my account was “hacked” and to contact an Instagram user to get my account back. As of this writing, my Apple account is still mine, and only my purchase history is presently missing. — I have no clue as to why persons are suggesting I contact an Instagram hacker for a solution.
Writing this post had to be done, to clear up any confusion among addicts of Facebook, Facebook Messenger & Instagram, specifying, I’m no longer using those services by choice, and by choice, I don’t want my accounts restored nor recovered.

Learned 10-finger QWERTY touch-typing on a manual typewriter in 1980 at a US-based elementary school. Mastered 10-finger QWERTY touch-typing without looking at the keyboard in 1986. Now have osteoarthritis in both of my hands from all that touch-typing!
My primary computer programming language is C, which I learned in 1990. My secondary programming language is B.A.S.I.C., which I self-learned in 1982. Prior to my sight-loss, I used to program in LISP/CLISP and Prolog for my early development of artificial intelligence & machine learning programs.
Daily, to compensate/facilitate my sight-loss, I am actively using Apple iOS VoiceOver, Google Android TalkBack and Amazon Fire OS VoiceView screen-readers, in addition to my external Bluetooth QWERTY keyboard and sometimes, my Orbit Writer Braille keyboard, as HOBBIES.
