My Hybrid Vegetarian-Vegan Diet is Greatly Improving My SLEEP!

Hello World! This post is a cross between Food Science and Anxiety Control; a type of post I rarely make. Yet, as a lifelong scientist that became totally BLIND from STRESS, my results should be made public! ☺️

Starting off, my original intention of converting from an all-meat diet to vegetarian, was, and still is, anxiety control, as my own scientific theory of my blindness, was caused from STRESS in the form of terrorism. Then, when I researched what vegan meats were composed of, I decided to minimize my real-meat consumption in favor of plant-based foods. ☺️

As a behavioral scientist, I opted to NOT dwell on world events, especially when that type of news has any form of negativity. Based on my own research, I’ve noticed there are too many people online, dwelling on negativity, while searching for ways to cure their own anxiety. Sure enough, there are people desperate for help, but I am in no position for providing any help beyond what I post in my SCIENCE blog.

It is a scientific fact that plant-based foods causes fatigue, so, I simply take advantage of that symptom, and SLEEP until I’m no longer tired. For those keeping up on my recent blog posts, I’m wearing hearing protection when I intend on resting or sleeping. ☺️

In controlling my own anxiety issues, I believe “food intake” is the most important, in terms of adopting to a hybrid vegetarian-vegan diet versus taking prescription medicine. Since medical doctors don’t live with me and I know my own body, I focus on improving my own digestion as my mental health depends on it. And, for those that are wondering, I’ve been taking mandatory vaccines since I was a young child! ☺️

Because I live in The Philippines, I opt to not eat raw vegetables, unless my germaphobic sister-in-law eats a serving size at least an hour before I sample it. ☺️

Thanks for reading my latest blog post! Have a Great Day!
