Hello World! As a comfortably poor, permanently disabled & totally BLIND scientist, I can only utilize a free WordPress site that doesn’t include SSL certifications, preventing some persons from visiting my SCIENCE blog. Well, my 52nd birthday is coming up…
Specifically, I only want a SSL certificate on my WordPress blog, however, only the WordPress Personal option is available, which costs real money, and has much more features I will probably never use, as my official RETIREMENT from social media is still scheduled for September 30, 2022.
My 52nd birthday is now just over a month away, and I’m wishing I could upgrade my SCIENCE blog on WordPress…
As of this writing, is it absolutely necessary for my SCIENCE blog to have a SSL certificate for accessing with “https” instead of “http”? I cannot afford to pay for a annual commitment when I plan on quitting in six months. My disability income is due elsewhere. If someone wishes to upgrade my SCIENCE blog, then I would be very grateful! Thanks in advance!
Thanks for reading my latest blog post! Have a Great Day!
