Acoustical Therapeutics: My Active STRESS Reduction Science Project

Hello World! Though every human has a method of reducing stress in their lives, I am a human with a rare condition of hypotension or extremely LOW blood pressure, whereas in my case, my body is physically-unable to reduce stress, period; that’s why I am totally BLIND today. So, since I became BLIND, I have been launching a variety of science projects, in hope of my eyesight will soon return. This blog post is of my ongoing science project, that appears to be working! ☺️

Possibly a surprise to those that is reading this specific blog post, I was “noise tortured” by politically-protected individuals, 24 hours a day, for a period of four years. The method of torture was excessive karaoke noise beyond 90dB, causing me to experience panic attacks, a form of stress that medical doctors told me to avoid. In that period of four years, I had experienced over 1,000 panic attacks, whereas towards the end, I passed out during my third interrogation, wrongfully accused of fraudulent crimes; that was way over the threshold of stress that medical doctors told me to avoid. Within two months of my emergency extraction from a hostile neighborhood, I became totally BLIND. — This event is now over four years old.

For over three years, I avoided listening to music, because I was tortured by it. I could not even listen to my favorite music from the 1980s. In fact, I avoided trying to use Apple Music during my iPhone’s one-year limited warranty. I was very traumatized by music beyond 90dB, often around 120dB, to the point, music became no longer enjoyable to me. Every time I heard any kind of music, I quickly recall being interrogated, etc. — Other scientists, including acousticians & musicians, suggested that the music that tortured me, was tuned to 440Hz, and then, I should begin my research into 432Hz, and follow where it leads me.

Officially, in September 2021, I did my research, launching a new scientific research project into “acoustical therapeutics”! I originally began with a small, brass “Tibetan singing bowl”, then quickly upgraded to a larger one, only to discover I required a crystal “singing bowl” after listening to streaming music retuned to 432Hz; that became the first time I began noticing my stress levels started reducing! ☺️

Since I was tortured by music beyond 90dB, I had to focus on musical tones that cause stress reduction, while ignoring or eliminating the ones that cause stress within me. Though my research was pointing me into a path that works for me, I needed to go beyond HEARING sound waves, I needed to FEEL them on various parts of my body! I needed to instruct my body that specific musical tones are safe for me, to influence my body’s immune system to recover from the noise torture I had endured for four continuous years. I initially began with a 528Hz aluminum tuning fork… Quickly, I began experiencing what was taken away from me! ☺️

Now, my arsenal of acoustics includes eight tuning forks! ☺️ Rather than explain the time period of purchasing the tuning forks, I will just paraphrase the details: On my wall-mounted desk, I have 136.1Hz, 396Hz, 432Hz & 528Hz tuning forks. In my padded medical bag, I have 128Hz, 256Hz, 512Hz & 4096Hz tuning forks.

As a lifelong scientist, my idea or purpose, is for scientific experimentations, nothing to do with any religious beliefs. I’m exploring how specific audio frequencies react to my body, such as relieving health issues caused by stress.

My experimentations with tuning forks has lead me to purchasing a ukulele, now two ukuleles, for producing musical tones/chords that cause me to experience the feeling of happiness while reducing stress at the same time. I originally planned on repurposing Josh’s old guitar, but then discovered, it’s not easily accessible by my wife and the metal strings would be expensive to replace. I figured an ukulele would be simpler to learn compared to my old Casio musical keyboard, which is now too complex for me to work with now that I’m totally BLIND. Also, I was informed the ukulele could be retuned to 432Hz, but because I’m BLIND without friends with suitable tuning equipment besides my 432Hz tuning fork, I’m completely alone on that retuning idea.

Thanks for reading my latest blog post! Have a Great Day!
