My 432Hz Sound Therapy Science Project consists of a 23 week-old white frosted quartz singing bowl and a 17 week-old aluminum tuning fork.
Hello World! Several months ago, I began listening to 432Hz-tuned acoustical instruments as part of my ongoing sound therapy science project. Yes, a SCIENCE project! ☺️ Though others use what I have for non-scientific purposes, I specialize in SCIENCE! ☺️
My quartz crystal standing bell or “singing bowl” is something I keep on my wall-mounted computer table aka “desk” or, just my “man cave”. Click HERE to hear me play my crystal singing bowl with voiced commentary. I recorded the audio using Hi-Q Voice Recorder Pro on my Xiaomi Redmi 9T Android smartphone, uploaded to my Dropbox account, and then, linked to this WordPress blog post.
Thanks for reading my latest blog post! Have a Great Day!

Nice singing bowl. My yoga tutor back home often uses one of those in the meditation part of the session. And Stu Fuchs (aka Ukulele Zen) finishes his live online YouTube sessions with a breathing mediation & usually incorporated his singing bowl.

Yah, meditation is what others do. I’m just continuing on with my sound therapy skills of the 1990s, which I experimented with both, lights & sounds for inducing mental states in animals & some humans, as part of my hypnotherapy science projects back in the day.
As for mixing ukulele with singing bowls, I have heard some string instruments in some songs contained in Apple Music’s Singing Bowls playlist, I’ve referenced in an earlier blog post. I’m not sure what string instrument was used.
This blog post of my singing bowl sounds, is preemptory for possible audio recording of my harmonica and/or either of my ukuleles. ☺️
My ukulele project remains “frozen” at this time, as I am researching solutions for osteoarthritis in mostly my left hand.
